If you already have a help center with published articles, you can import them instead of recreating each one from scratch. Just provide the help center URL and the product will crawl the site and import the content automatically.
Navigate to the import page. The import form will load with a URL input field.
Enter the full URL of the help center you want to import from (for example, https://help.acme.com/hc/en-us).
Click Import to start crawling and importing the articles.
