Tags on a flow's configuration page are added inline and save automatically. There is no separate save button to look for. Once you press Enter, the tag is persisted right away.
Open the flow's configuration page and locate the Tags field.
Type a tag name (for example, docs-check) and press Enter.
Confirm the tag appears as a chip inside the Tags field.
To take a tag off the flow, click the remove control on its chip. The chip disappears from the field.
Wait a moment for the removal to save.
