How to disconnect a connected service

Remove a Zendesk or Notion connection from your workspace through the Connections settings page. A confirmation dialog ensures nothing changes until you explicitly approve.

Start the disconnect process

Navigate to the Connections settings page and wait for your connected services to load.

Open the actions menu on the connection you want to remove.

Select Disconnect from the menu. A confirmation dialog will appear before anything changes.

Confirm or cancel the disconnect

Review the information in the confirmation dialog, then click the confirm button to disconnect the service from your workspace.

If you change your mind, click Cancel to close the dialog and keep the connection in place.

Prerequisites

• You have at least one connected service (Zendesk or Notion) on the Connections settings page.
